Celebrate La Roche!, a gala honoring La Roche College’s 55th anniversary and marking 25 years of the Pacem in Terris Institute was held on April 20, 2018, at the Omni William Penn in downtown Pittsburgh, with Mike Clark of WTAE-TV serving as MC. Alumni, faculty, and friends had a grand time, ending the evening dancing to the sounds of Gary Racan and the Studio-E Band. Alumni came from throughout the United States and from abroad, and our supporters raised more than $75,000 in scholarship funds that will benefit La Roche students most in need. Thank you again to all who attended and supported this event, including our generous sponsors, especially Mr. Richard B. La Roche students and staff spent a week during spring break volunteering their time in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. They helped repair and rebuild schools devastated by last year's disastrous hurricanes. Thank you again to our generous supporters for helping to make this once-in-a-lifetime service trip possible for our students!
