I'm re-reading the book Faith by Sharon Salzberg and found myself tearing up over this passage:
"Bright faith is simply a beginning where we surrender cynicism and apathy. Its abundant energy propels us forward into the unknown."
That's exactly how I feel about launching the Bounce Back Stronger podcast.
I have no idea how this is going to turn out.
But my spirit guides keep nagging me to take this leap (and if you've known me for a while that alone is surprising).
So here I am launching a weekly podcast called Bounce Back Stronger to share discussions about thriving through difficulty.
What kind of difficulty?
Whatever keeps us up at night be it our kids, relationships, career, losses, health, or (insert here).
My hope is we all benefit from sharing our stories and wisdom. And it won't just be about thriving, we will do episodes about online dating after divorce, how to write your way to healing, and discussing new technologies and trends that are changing the way we live (like generative AI).
And we will never talk politics. Ever.
I hope you will listen, subscribe, review, and share it with your friends. If you have any trouble accessing it, please let me know. Glad to help.
The episode I am launching with is with psychotherapist and author Erin Byron. Erin was one of my favorite teachers in yoga therapy training and our conversation discusses how to leave guilt behind after loss, the benefits of creativity for mental health and how to navigate tricky social situations. It was such an insightful and lovely conversation. I hope you will take a listen.
Finally, I'm doing a $100 Gift Card (of your choice) Giveaway for those who review the podcast. Just email me a picture of your review and I will enter you in the drawing. The giveaway ends Monday, December 4th.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Love and Light to you.

P.S. We have two free workshops coming up. After an engaging session earlier this month, we are holding another Managing Grief / Loss at the Holidays (and other days) workshop on December 10th at 9 AM ET (register here). And to help with any New Year's resolutions we are holding a free version of the ever-popular Creating Lasting Habit Change on January 14th at 9 AM ET (register here). Both workshops are an hour long and provide time to connect with others. Hope to see you there!
