Moving almost twice as many copies as last months Best Seller, at 1817 copies is 'Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls' by Elena Favilli and Francesca Cavallo. Following in second place is David Walliams' latest novel 'Bad Dad', selling 1690 copies. The third biggest seller this month has been Mark Manson's 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck', at 1418 copies.

Our 100th Store!

This Christmas we are celebrating the 100th bookstore coming onboard with Circle!

Independent Bookstores on the Rise

Ryan Raffaelli, Associate Professor at the Harvard Business School, has spent five years studying the unpredicted resurgence of independent bookstores across the USA. 

From 2009 to 2015 the number of independent bookstores in the USA grew by 35%. Raffaelli puts this down to booksellers ability to reinvent and redefine the bookstore.

New Features & What's Next

This December we have prioritised speed and stability; this has required optimisations to POS requests and expanded servers as an insurance policy.

The much requested Backorder Report that can be sent to suppliers was delivered and we have been pushing ahead with the Rails 4 upgrade, in the hope of having a beta out in January.
