One of the bonus features in the back of my comic is a prose story set in the time frame of the action on the previous pages. This one's a good one. I had it in short teaser form that I shared earlier during the latest Kickstarter campaign for Mayfield Eight, but here it's done in long form!
Banshee biker Gary McClellan completed his mission for the club to get information on their enemy Calvin Ryder, who the day before blew up their clubhouse. A Viet Nam vet with PTSD symptoms and a heroin habit, he relaxes in his washtub outside his ranch house in the New Mexico desert. Along comes an old flame when his wife's away... Maxine French!
