Right before typing out this email I was reading through an article on Lifehack, about 'Opportunity Costs'.
From the article:
"In the field of economics, opportunity cost is the value that you have to forgo when you choose an option over another good option. It is a concept you can apply in many situations, from deciding which projects you should pursue to spending time with loved ones instead of working overtime. "
Over the past 2 weeks I've had to sacrifice content creation a bit in favour of things which were more important for the Workday Physique brand. Namely providing top notch service to existing clients and helping more people achieve their goals.
In addition to this I also wanted to be more engaged with the members in the Discord community. (Join it here if you haven't already. You'll love it if you have been looking for people on a similar fitness journey.)
All of this meant I had to prioritise my time and energy accordingly. The opportunity cost was that content creation took bit of a backseat.
But I feel I've found more of a balance come today.
I even started the morning sending out the podcast outline to a guest I've been meaning to interview. Hope to record that episode by this weekend.
I think you'll find this article on Opportunity Costs insightful. Sharing the link here for you: https://www.lifehack.org/92841...
As usual, feel free to reply with your thoughts.
Have a great remainder of the week.
