The Kickoff to Summer Hunt starts tomorrow!

After a month off, our app-based FREE scavenger hunt is back!! Join us for a month of activities, trivia, and education! The top 5 finishers will be entered for a chance to win a Fitbit Inspire 2! Missions are added regularly and additional prizes may pop up! Fun for any age. Play solo or as a family/group.

Schuylkill on the Move

The mission of Schuylkill on the Move is to bring together those with an interest in promoting health and fitness through walking. We also share information about walking initiatives across the county and lead the Schuylkill Girls Who Walk project. Coming soon we will be offering intentional walks that will have participants completing walk audits to address walkability in their communities and "plogging" walks, which are clean-ups while walking.

Join us for a partnership walk with Ringtown Library to walk the new area trail AND view "The Belonging Tree" Story Walk on June 10th. Additional information can be found under "Upcoming Events" on the Schuylkill on the Move page linked in the button below.

Schuylkill Gives Back Raffle

For 25 years we've not only supported Schuylkill County with resources but we have been supported by many generous businesses, partners, and donors. Nothing demonstrates this more than our current raffle. $1000 worth of Schuylkill County products and gift cards/certificates from all across the county!

We will also have tickets available for purchase and some of the prize package available for preview at the Tuscarora State Park Summer Fest on June 10th!

All proceeds support our work to connect community organizations to resources to improve Schuylkill County. Contact us today to purchase tickets!

Safe Routes to Parks

VISION is excited to be working with Safe Routes Partnership and the Borough of Shenandoah to address park access for all! On May 23rd & 24th, we spent the days in Shenandoah completing a walk audit, discussing challenges and assets, and the next steps. Learn more about the project, how you can get involved, and survey results by visiting the website through the button below.

Congratulations to Beth T. Beth is the recipient of a $50 Boyers Gift Card. She was randomly selected from the 52 surveys completed to gather information about park access and perceptions.
