Over the past couple of years, I’ve been crafting articles, talks, and workshops centered around a theme that I call the Cycle of Unlearning.
I define Unlearning as the process of letting go, reframing, and moving away from once-useful mindsets and acquired behaviors that were effective in the past, but now limit our success. It’s not forgetting, removing, or discarding knowledge or experience; it’s the conscious act of letting go of outdated information and actively engaging in taking in new information to inform effective decision making and action.
It’s my personal mission to help individuals and organizations make the changes necessary to learn, unlearn, and relearn faster than ever before.
So here’s a collection of case studies, interviews and blogs I’ve written on my focus areas of leadership, strategy, product development and ways of working.
Dig in, tell me what stands out to you and make sure to engage with my new blogs, podcasts, and monthly wrap-ups published every Wednesday!
