The intense summer season is behind us, and here at KALPA we are welcoming the refreshing autumn wind running along the medieval streets of the eternal Volterra, the warm rays of the low Sun, the shortening of the days, and the romantic mists of the morning covering the roofs and the valley below. We celebrate the rich yellows, browns and shades of black of the landscape. We enjoy the warmth of being inside and savour the flavours coming from our woods and and from our traditional foods and wines. In our exhibitions, we seek harmony and balance between the various materials of the artworks in order to evoke unique and lasting emotions, while searching for connections to the exceptional historical and natural contexts present in our Tuscan surroundings.

In collaboration with our friends from Boutique del Tartufo, KALPA is participating in the 23rd edition of the Volterragustofair by presenting t|ARTufo - art installation and thematic encounters dedicated to Truffle, a true work of art of Nature from our Region.
Through the skilful guidance of experts of this exceptional Fruit of the Earth, our gallery space becomes the stage for unmistakable scenes and scents, by which artworks and truffles are harmoniously combined to create a seductive symbiosis of art, tradition and flavours, and intertwining with the narrative, the mystery of research and the life cycle of this unique and precious product.
