The first two Meadowitos in Kennett Square have been planted—one next to the Kennett Library and another near the Kennett Area Senior Center—and a third is in the works. “We had such an outpouring of plant donations that we will be installing the third Meadowito next to the Community Garden in Anson B. Nixon Park,” says Laura Florence.
Laura is grateful for the team of volunteers and the many beautiful contributions from the plethora of local personal gardens as well as donations from North Creek Nurseries and Mt. Cuba Center.
