It's Day 5 of the SELF-CARE Bootcamp!

It's FRIDAY and it's time for your CARDIO & CORE workouts with Lauren (and her sister Becky!)

You've got an all over body workout followed by 3 x 10 all over body/cardio & core workouts followed by an all over body cool down.

Please take care on these videos and check out Lauren's technique video first of all if you are unsure of any moves. Feel free to hit pause at any time and take some extra rest if you need to during the workout!

These workouts are cross-fit inspired which follow simple but hardcore training methods. Please work at your own pace and really tap into your self-motivation strategies to get through the sets - REMEMBER FITNESS IS 100% MENTAL!
