Lots of sleep = all sorts of goodness from better hormones, less sugar cravings, less brain fog, better energy output at training, the benefits are endless!
Too little sleep or bad sleep = the total opposite! More will be explained on the hormone / tummy fat eduation webinar but for now...
Set your alarm to go to bed as you do to get up and aim for at least eight hours a night!
