I personally prefer it without the tomatoes, it tastes really good on chicken or prawns and is a perfect BBQ accompaniment!

Sugar Quiz...

What has a higher sugar content?

a) A 400g tin of Ambrosia low fat pudding

b) 5 Sainsbury's profiteroles with cream and chocolate sauce

And the answer to yesterday's quiz is...

The Valley Farm 0% Fat Vanilla Yogurt contained 5 tsp of sugar, whilst the medium slice of Carrot cake contained 3 tsp.

It's not to say that you should eat carrot cake as an afternoon snack, but you can see where many dieters have been going wrong choosing so called 'healthy' yogurt which is high in sugar!
