It's Day 24 of the SELF-CARE Bootcamp!

It's Wednesday everyone which means we are coming into the last few days of this bootcamp!

If you are following the split routine exercise plan this week, then today will be an upper body today, however if you're not following this then feel free to do whatever workout you fancy!
