It's June. Almost mid-year. How are your 2022 plans working out so far? Have you been tracking closely to the strategy you set back in January for the business, for yourself?
The first half of 2022 hasn't exactly been smooth sailing for many - a war in Ukraine, rising gas prices, inflation, stock market volatility, mass shootings, and, let's not forget COVID is still happening. In this environment, even the best-laid strategy will go awry.
This is the time of the year when we see our clients (and most people in our lives) reevaluate how the year has been going, and maybe regroup or alter course if needed. This kind of flexibility is a wonderful trait of people and organizations with a growth mindset (more on that in the articles below).
The world isn't steady and consistent at the moment (was it ever?). The ability to plan with the best information available, then review, iterate, and adjust quickly is the best dynamic you can set for your organization, team, and yourself.
