Integrated Transport and Land Use Planning in 2022
We're still waiting to see the Transport Action Plan, which was scheduled to come to council in 2021. Councillors have requested officers to bring the draft Transport Action Plan to council early in 2022, together with the draft Liveable Local Streets Framework. This is a great opportunity for council to deliver an integrated, cohesive set of strategies, policies and plans, aligned with the:
Safe Travel Strategy,
Road Safety Study Policy,
Urban Design Strategy,
Place Making Framework,
Urban Forest Strategy, and the
Open Space Strategy.
