Happy Friday Friends!

"Welcome back to "The Cre8tive Life!"- your weekly newsletter full of lifestyle tips, smiles, and cool things to check out.

I don't have many words to share here...but, I am hoping that something in this will give you some resolve and peace for those times when you need it, as we operate in our "Quarantine Life."

This past week has been pretty full of Zoom connecting for me. Grateful for the way it has allowed me to touch base with friends, co-workers, education, and more. Connection (in all its forms) is so important to do at this time as we try to stay positive and in lifted spirits.

Random stories, pictures, video highlights, and other life musings can be found on my personal instagram page (@e101) and official brand page (@thecre8tiveartisan) throughout the week (when/if I end up posting anything).

*And, if you have missed any previous newsletters, feel free to check out the archive section on my website: HERE.

Stay safe and healthy out there ūüíó.

My weekly (random) compilation of some of my favorite "cre8tive" things that I want to share:

  • FAVORITE WORD: Natsukashii (adj): A Japanese descriptor of a warm, sudden feeling of sentimentality in which small things bring back memories; how one remembers the fondness and goodness of a special time

  • ADVICE:¬†‚ÄúHe performs wonders that can not be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted." - Job 5:9

  • MOOD MUSIC:¬†Sharing an inspirational and soothing playlist called, 'We Are One", that my my friend (and Ethnomusicologist) Fredara created on Spotify.

  • COOKERY MAGIC:¬†If you're like me, you may be looking to make some quick, easy, and storable food options as we continue to wade through these turbulent times. This is a list of "25 Scrumptious Slow Cooker Pasta Recipes" that may help you do just that.

  • FEEL GOOD SHARE: These "Stories of Hope" from the Obama Foundation are sure to give you a smile or two as you see some of the greater good of humanity that is erupting from people all over the nation and world.

Just wanted to send a big statement of gratitude to all those who are operating on the frontlines in this pandemic. And, I felt like this drawing by @bykellymalka truly captured that. Continued hugs, prayers, love, and thoughts to all at this time.

This week's challenge is to call or reach out to someone you know on the frontlines and let them know how much they are appreciated.

Thank you to everyone that has filled out the survey! I will be sharing some upcoming events that I have been working on in the next couple of newsletters- so stay tuned for more info and invites!

For those who haven't filled out the survey, I can definitely still use your feedback. So, if you have not done so already, please take  5 minutes to fill out:

Thanks sooooooo much in advance for your time!

***Totally disregard this part of the newsletter if you have already done this.

Lastly, if you happen to have any future topic ideas, or come across any events I should know about, PLEASE feel free to send those along my way. I always LOVE discovering and learning about new things!

Have a great day, and be sure to take time to enjoy your life!

*"The Cre8tive Life" is the weekly "feel good" component of my consultancy, The Cre8tive Artisan, which is where I "make the magic happen" and curate engaging lifestyle events that help connect us humans in deeper ways. Feel free to CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE to see what I do, and let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help you out! As always, if this newsletter is "not your thing", please feel free to unsubscribe (however, I really hope you don't).
