Monthly Top Tip
Lunch-time walks become essential!
As the days get shorter and the clocks soon go back, we're losing precious hours of daylight! There's nothing more depressing than arriving to work (if you're commuting) in the dark and leaving the same way every day!
Whether you're at home or in the office, make sure to get in a walk at lunch time when the sun is at its highest for the day. This will supply you with more Vitamin D, more warmth, and more general positivity than walks at the beginning or end of an Autumn or Winter's day.
This will help to keep away the 'winter blues' and symptoms of burnout so commonly found in the darker half of the year. Consider consulting a proper healthcare professional about taking additional Vitamin D or B supplements to assist in this, if you feel you might need it.
