Venison tartare under a porcini mushroom cap with juniper berries and thyme, decorated with quail egg

Natural duck foie gras pâté on the bed of brioche, inlaid with raspberries pearls

Soup

White asparagus soup with quail egg, trout caviar and almond foam

First main course

Butter-fried sea scallops with truffle shavings on the bed of celery puree

Second main course

Oven roasted turbot fillet with grilled broccoli stems, pea and basil puree and white wine sauce

Third main course

Filet mignon in “Rossini” style with duck foie gras, fondant potatoes and truffle demi-glace sauce

First dessert

Gorgonzola cheese ice cream with Maldon salt and truffle-acacia honey

Second dessert

Apple and calvados dessert „Golden Sin“
