How do (re)migrants contribute to the welfare of our society? On December 9, a team of experienced scholars will present their latest research about (re)migrants – people who departed after the 90s and have higher education – and the ways they "give back" to their home countries.
Learn about how returnees have a transformative impact on their private and public sphere, and where they change the conservative thinking of their relatives, friends, and colleagues by transferring democratic values and civic culture from the Western countries in terms of human rights, work culture and environment protection. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
The research is funded by the Research Council of Lithuania (LMTLT), agreement No S-GEV-20-7.
