COMMUNITY NEWS

THE UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR ON TORTURE IS AGAIN CALLING FOR SUBMISSIONS!!!

This just in.. I just found out today that the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture is again calling for submissions from the world community for reports having to do with psychosocial examples of psychological torture and ill-treatment . However, we have to be very quick. The deadline for submissions is this Sunday, June 21!

This information is in preparation for a presentation he is scheduled to make before the United Nations General Assembly in October of this year.

I plan to work on a paper to submit on behalf of PACTS, International.

Further details for how you can participate in this process can be found at the following link:

CONGRATULATIONS TO TI INMATE SANDERS BROWN WHO RECENTLY MADE PAROLE AFTER 39 YEARS BEHIND BARS!!!

Hearty congratulations to one of our TI friends incarcerated in West Virginia, Sanders Brown who just made parole  from the West Virginia Department of Corrections!

Sanders was only 19 years old when he was sent to prison in 1981 and was to spend the next 39 years of his life behind bars.  Dear God. He will be 58 years old come September.

As of yet he has not shared with me exactly what happened.

Sanders first contacted our community about 10 years ago and has remained in touch regularly since then via letters, phone calls, and emails.

During his time in incarceration, he has obtained a  private investigator's certificate and created a cartoon series called "OWLISM."

Some of his work can be viewed in the 'Community Bulletin' section of this newsletter along with the letter to the West Virginia Parole Board PACTS, International sent in support of Sanders Brown.

Sanders brings much enthusiasm and energy to our cause.  He feels that the crime he committed was induced via mind control technology.  As a TI, he receives voice-to-skull transmissions and directed energy weapons attacks.

He intends to investigate this crime for himself and others upon his release, July 15.

ARIZONA ATTORNEY LAWSUIT

We have been contacted by an attorney in Arizona, Denise Rosado, who has been working on a daunting personal court case which is a whistleblower lawsuit.  She has been in touch with Ray Schumann who has been assisting her with putting her case together,

Ms. Rosado has started a fundraiser which explains more and can be found at the following link:

UPDATE:  MEAGAN DERRINGER IN JAIL

Meagan Derringer is part of the TI community who is currently in jail.  She went by ghwarr in the chats on the conference calls and had a twitter account where she contacted people in the defense and academic fields about TI issues.  She was a good source of technical information and she writes well.  She had an altercation with her mother who she lived in Glen Rose, Texas, and is now in jail waiting for her hearing.  Because of Covid, everything in the judicial system has almost come to a standstill.

She is going to be waiting for three or four months to be seen by a judge.  She needs financial support for the incidental things in life.  It costs money to send emails and make phone calls from jail.  It costs if you want anything extra to eat or drink.  Little things like a cup of coffee or a coke can help you feel more normal.  I am humbly asking you to send her information and this request to your email lists and newsletters.  If people could spare $5 or $10 dollars that would be awesome.

This is the site to deposit the money:

https://support.jailatm.com/contact.cshtml

This website takes a little to navigate, so be patient.  It asks for a lot of personal information which some people might not be comfortable with.  If that is the case, you can send a money order to her.

Meagan's Details:

Meagan Jade Derringer
c/o Somervell County Jail
750 East Gibbs Blvd. Cell #112
Glen Rose, Texas 76403

Being targeted is bad enough, being in jail and being targeted must be beyond horrible.  Anything you can send would be much appreciated.

RV PARK IN TEXAS OPENS FOR TI'S

Carl in Texas is announcing that he has an RV park in southern Texas that's now open for occupancy for TI's who have a trailer and wish to live near other TI's.  The details from him are as follows:

"I would welcome other Ti s to Texas if they want to live near other ‘Tis. I have room for up to six Ti s who don’t mind living in a camper of their own. I am basically charging them lot rent of $399 for utilities - water sewer etc.

It’s in the country; 15 miles away to two different cities ...1  hour from ocean  or  San Antonio.

It s isolated. No buses or public transportation. But it’s quiet here and I  am easy going as well.

Drama people  not needed.  Everyone should be easy going and calm we could meet once a week and talk to ease some of our issues as it’s always the isolation game with our perps not wanting us to talk to anyone but them."

ARTWORK OF LONGTIME INMATE SANDERS BROWN, JR.

-- click on pictures to enlarge

May 7, 2020

Dear  (WV Parole board )

I am President of a human rights, non-profit organization called People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance, International.  We assist victims of “cybertorture” a term coined recently by the United Nations Rapporteur on Torture and other cruel, inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.  We have recently starting working with the United Nations to address the issue of cybertorture which is happening to many in our community and perhaps to Sanders E. Brown, Jr., #3572073, an inmate at St. Mary’s Correctional Center in St. Mary’s, West Virginia.

I am writing you today in support of Sanders Brown, who is being considered for parole in a few weeks.  My recommendation would be for release for him as he has demonstrated to my satisfaction that he is a gentle, caring individual who would do no one harm if he were to re-enter society.

Sanders reached out to our community in the early 2000’s and has since supported us and our members through words of hope and encouragement as well as financially on many occasions.  He has sent us craftwork, drawings, and supportive calls and emails over the years and we believe if given a chance, he would become a productive member of our society, particularly since he has earned a certificate as a private investigator during his time of incarceration.

We, in the PACTS, International community hope that he is released soon and look forward to working with him in the future in the development of our cause.

Peace & Liberty,

Derrick Robinson, Executive Director
