"And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD."
Job 1:21 KJV
As we have read throughout this month of October, God's Word is filled with beautiful, promises. Guidance on overcoming depression, recovering a marriage, health and healing challenges, finding freedom from fear and anxiety, uncompromising strength…all biblical promises found in the word of God..
Isaiah 41:10 clearly states, “do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
What a promise! This verse provides a strong and clear message from God to his people, promising God's powerful, protective, and guiding presence…assuring believers of His unwavering support.
What an encouragement! We have no reason to fear, because God is with us. God promises to provide us with strength, and with help. He promises to uphold us with His righteous right hand. That means, when we lose our footing, He’s going to be there to hold us up, if we trust in Him.
Righteous: Pure, virtuous, upstanding, ethical, honest. Regardless of our circumstances, God is righteous. And He will uphold you with His “righteous right hand.” God’s right hand also symbolizes His power and His greatness. Whatever we’re facing may we always remember Isaiah 41:10 and claim it for ourselves!
To God Be The Glory for the Biblical Promises of God. These promises are rock-solid, unequivocal commitments made by God Himself. They serve as reminders of God's unchanging faithfulness and His ability to protect and to provide for His people.
