It's almost six months since Mark Zuckerberg rebranded Facebook to Meta.
Since then, I've spent 100+ hours in Mark's Metaverse with Oculus Quest 2.
I've learned there are problems.
The headset is uncomfortable.
Early on, I felt sick.
Most people don't have a VR headset.
But there are opportunities.
One conversation stands out.
A client was frustrated at always comparing themselves with others.
They wrote it on a post-it note.
I grabbed a virtual trash can and said "throw it in"
They did.
An emotional release occurred.
This is the power of virtual reality.
What does the future hold?
The more time I spend in VR, the more natural it's becoming.
I see new possibilities every day.
