Fancy making these fast and easy vegan croissants from BOSH?

Hello

I spotted the quote "I've got 99 problems and protein ain't one" under the new vegan menu at Tampopo yesterday. Isn't it great to see tasty plant-based food options so much more readily available these days?

Read on for 🍺 drink, 🐸 toads, 👟 walks, 🎥 films and 🥐 eating.

The next 3VV cookery demo "healthy eating on a limited budget" is being planned as I type this. Details will be announced soon, but expect it to be in May.

Common Frogs
The great amphibian migration has begun...

...at ten sites around Todmorden area, until mid-April.

In Todmorden, a dedicated group aims to reduce road casualties through organised patrols during the migration. They’re asking people to be extra careful when driving at night, for the sake of toads, frogs and newts and the volunteers.

If you would like any further information and/or if you would like to be more involved, please contact the group by email, Facebook or phone (01706) 819909 (Andrew).
