Hello Mhd Farzat Al Chayah
This week I was approached by writer and podcast host Youssef Ben Amara from Algeria to be his guest on his excellent Podcast show, Younes Talk.
I didn’t hesitate twice to accept his invitation from him which came as a surprise for him. He was pleased with my fast decision and was assured that I am a decision-maker indeed :) He told me stories of how some others guests calculate too much before accepting a decision.
As I told my son about the invitation, he asked me why he would ask you for an interview. I told him he wants to listen to my experience as a doctor and a content creator. I was thrilled with my son’s fast and logical response, “So, it’s a win-win interview; both of you will get the benefit.” He understands the importance of social media marketing and exposure; he knows that you can learn from new experiences.
Sometimes we overthink before making a decision, and we miss opportunities. In small choices, we should be more malleable. Make a decision, succeed or fail and learn along the way.
While listening to the interview with my son, he noticed that I made some critical decisions in 2003 and 2007. He told me those are the years when he and his sister were born. His notice was new to me; we do make decisions in big years. There is always a chance to steer our lives in a new direction with a new hope with every big sad or happy event.
I am writing this newsletter issue from a beautiful spot in Egypt. I was kidnapped by my wife for my birthday surprise. Will post on Instagram soon, don’t forget to follow.
Enjoy the day.
I really like to have a conversation with you. Tell me what you like to read in future newsletters issues.
