Renew your membership yet?

If your children's or your Scouting America anniversary date is December 31, don't forget to renew!  

For those that joined on or after August 1, 2023, your renewal date is the last day of your anniversary month the following year.

For many of you that joined prior to August 1, 2023, your renewal is due DECEMBER 31, 2024.

Member renewal is much like renewing your auto registration annually -- do it before it expires!

What you should know:

• It's quick and easy!  Just log into my.scouting.org and click the bell.  From your computer or smartphone, you can do it wherever is convenient. NOTE:  You cannot do the renewal from the My.Scouting App.
• Don't wait until December 31 (or your anniversary date) - renew now to ensure you are on your unit roster
• If your unit (Pack/Troop/Crew/Ship) has chosen to collect money from you and do the renewal for you, you do NOT have to complete this process.  You may want to log on and ensure your roles (memberships in multiple units/positions) are correct.
• Paid member renewal automatically updates all "multiple" registrations in other units or positions.  You can choose to drop positions during the renewal.  You cannot add them, here, though. 
• Everyone age 18 or over needs to have their own my.scouting.org account to renew (and to take YPT -- same account!).

Unit Renewal

Unit and Individual renewals are separate for the first time this year. If you are a unit Key 3 leader, unit renewal opened on December 1 and need to be completed by January 31. Unit Key 3 will click on "Unit Renewal" in the left column in "Organization Manager" to start the process when the unit renewal period opens. Unit Fee is $100.
