Hi everyone!
It’s half-term week, and there’s loads happening across Hull & East Yorkshire to keep the little ones entertained — we shared plenty of ideas last week, so this time we’re turning our attention to one of the biggest nights of the year… Bonfire Night!
There are so many brilliant displays and events taking place right across the region, and to make things easy, we’ve pulled them all together in one handy round-up. Have a look below and pick where you’ll be watching the fireworks!
Next up, a stunning new restaurant has just opened in Hull city centre — transforming an empty shell into one of the city’s most luxurious dining spots. We popped in for a visit (and a bite to eat, of course), and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Check out the video below and keep it in mind for your next special meal out!
And last but not least, one of Beverley’s most popular kid play centres has just had a huge upgrade, and it’s looking fantastic! We went along to see what’s changed, and if you’re looking for something to do with the kids this week, this one’s definitely worth a visit. Watch the vid below.
As always, there’s plenty more going on around Hull & East Yorkshire — National Baby Week is back with free activities for parents and children, Flemingate has been taken over by dinosaurs (it’s going to be a ROAR-some week for families!), and beloved author Val Wood is launching her brand-new novel, Woman of Fortune, right here in Hull.
We’d love to hear your thoughts! Scroll down to the form and tell us what you’ve been enjoying, or share any ideas you think could make this newsletter even better.
As always, thank you for supporting Hull What’s On. Sharing it with friends or family really helps us grow, and we truly appreciate it!
