Teacher Feedback Form

Please fill out the teaching opinion survey form. Your valuable opinions will become the direction and basis for our improvement. Most tunes feedback form by 5/30/2021. Rewards for classes with most feedback. 1st place: $50, 2nd place: $30, 3rd place $20.

Teachers Recruitment for 3 Year Old Class for 2021-2022 NEW

Teachers will be compensated with hourly wages and enjoy the tuition waiver of one student in the household. If interested, please contact Academics .

 

[Registration]

Registration for Returning Students started May 1st and New Student starts on June 1st for 2021-2022.

The deadline for Returning Students to register and pay in full is June 30th. A late fee of $50 per student will be applied after June 30th. Based on the Board meeting’s decision, 2021-2022 will return to school in person. During the registration process, you will be requested to sign the COVID-19 waiver. We have reinstated the $45 registration fee per student, and the service point fee $60 per student ($120/family). Because of the reduced service point fee from last year 2020-2021, only up to $90 are credited for the upcoming registration of 2021-2022 school year. 2021-2022 Registration .

Upcoming graduating students (H2A)

For those of you who will be graduating from Class H2A, please kindly submit the Withdrawal Request Form to Registration , to have your accumulated points reimbursed by the school. If such form is not submitted, the accumulated points will be treated as donations to the school.

 

[Activities]

End of Year Picnic NEW

The end of school year ceremony will be held outdoors at Lake Accotink Park  this year.  The graduation ceremony is located at Lake Accotink Mclaren-Sargent Shelter.  The end of school year celebration and picnic location is at Lake Accotink Large Shelter. The ceremony starts at 10:30 and you may bring your own food for the picnic.  Pickup time for pre-ordered bento boxes is 12:30.  For ECS online bento box orders, please ensure to complete the online payment if you haven’t paid.  Should you have any questions, please contact Activity .
