What you need to do today...

Today is the final recharge day, so if you need to stretch things out, then enjoy this workout.

Like I say on the audio, this is a good one to do after any of the other videos so if you have any to catch up on, why not do it before hand and then have your wind down?

There are so many great fitness clothes out there now, gone are the days where everyone wears the same style of trousers and tops!

I think buying new fitness clothes are such a great motivator and you don't have to splash out loads either. How about getting some nice light and bright layers to entice you to train more?!

H&M stock some great tops and TK MAXX, New Look, even supermarkets etc always have sportswear at competitive prices.

I think women really flourish in new workout gear, so treat yourself, because you and your gorgeous body deserve it!
