Dear Friends, Fans and Family of the Panida,
Our hearts are with you as our community struggles with the effects of COVID-19. Like so many others, our business model has been broadsided by this worldwide pandemic. As you know, the Panida Theater is a major economic anchor of our downtown, driving the success of many other community businesses and restaurants. Right now, we need your help to weather this storm.
The Panida Theater is experiencing an extreme cash flow crunch. Our immediate task is to raise $41,350 to bridge the operations gap for the next 6 months and bring back staff who have been laid off. Your support is critical during this unprecedented time and we need a contribution to make sure our community landmark survives this crisis.
Ways you can help:
- Donate. Every tax-deductible dollar is an investment in the community.
- Purchase a Panida membership to help stabilize operations funding.
- Buy a gift certificate for future use.
- Ask to be a part of our legacy campaign as we develop our endowment.
- Talk to your legislators to ensure arts funding is made available.
- Share this need with a friend to help us grow and expand the outreach.
- Subscribe to our weekly newsletter then forward it to friends.
We know that through patience and resiliency, we will once again gather together and that ultimately this is an ‘intermission’ and we will be able to return to our seats very soon. We look forward to resuming a robust calendar of events that serves the vast interests of our whole community.
The Panida legacy is strong. We have survived many trials and challenges and we will get through this one day at a time TOGETHER! We look forward to the happy day when we can all safely gather in large groups of friends to enjoy and celebrate the arts, our community, and our beloved Panida Theater. Thank you for being a part of our legacy.
