FASCINATING NEWS FOR SPANISH-SPEAKERS FROM THE UNITED NATIONS!

For those who may not comprehend how seriously the United Nations is regarding our issues comes this bit of information from Liliana DeLucca-Coonor.
And for those who may not be familiar with Liliana, she is retired from a 25-year career with the United Nations and was instrumental in helping to connect our community with Nils Melzer, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture during the Human Rights Council Conference held in Geneva, Switzerland in February.
Seems that the English language term "targeted individual" does not translate neatly into Spanish and this community has apparently been struggling with the one term that describes such victims which are commonly referred to in the United States.
Well, now that the United Nations, through the UN Rapporteur on Torture has adopted cybertorture as a human rights issue, Liliana decided to call up the terminologists at the UN to advise them of this situation among Spanish speakers and asked them if they would produce an official term for Spanish speakers to call themselves.
They said they would.
So this past week, after consultations among UN terminologists between New York and Geneva, a consensus emerged. And Liliana was informed this week that the official United Nations term for Spanish speakers when referring to targeted individuals, in light of terminology developed by the UN Rapporteur on Torture would be: "victimas de cibertortura" - victims of cybertorture.
This may also be something our community could look at adopting rather than the military/police terminology that we've been using to describe cybertorture victims. Something for discussion.

The property is isolated and in the country.... 15 miles away to two different cities ...1 hour from ocean or San Antonio. No buses or public transportation. But it’s quiet here and I am easy going as well.
Drama people not needed. Everyone should be easy going and calm we could meet once a week and talk to ease some of our issues as it’s always the isolation game with our perps not wanting us to talk to anyone but them.

UPDATE: MEAGAN DERRINGER IN JAIL
Meagan is appreciative to all t hose who are responding to this plea for financial assistance and more. She sends her love.
Meagan Derringer is part of the TI community who is currently in jail. She went by ghwarr in the chats on the conference calls and had a twitter account where she contacted people in the defense and academic fields about TI issues. She was a good source of technical information and she writes well. She had an altercation with her mother who she lived in Glen Rose, Texas, and is now in jail waiting for her hearing. Because of Covid, everything in the judicial system has almost come to a standstill.
She is going to be waiting for three or four months to be seen by a judge. She needs financial support for the incidental things in life. It costs money to send emails and make phone calls from jail. It costs if you want anything extra to eat or drink. Little things like a cup of coffee or a coke can help you feel more normal. I am humbly asking you to send her information and this request to your email lists and newsletters. If people could spare $5 or $10 dollars that would be awesome.

I have an idea for limiting the attacks of electromagnetic mind/ brain control weapon.
1. If you think the legal and law enforcement are still working, please kindly find your evidences following this guide: https://sites.google.com/site/torturebyelectromagneticweapon/home/evidecne---recording-of-elf-electromagnetic-signal-of-mind-brain-control-weapon and send to your police, FBI and relevant authorities for investigation.
2. Earth land will block electromagnetic and ELF waves (including satellite eyes) like the nuclear plant of Iran is in bowels of the earth (underground). What if electromagnetic mind control victims dig a room in the bowels of the earth (underground) for protection against electromagnetic and mind/ brain weapons? Surely that Earth land will protect us against the attacks of electromagnetic mind/ brain control weapons. I have tried to enter some rock caves near my home in Da Nang city, Vietnam. Sometimes I only hear a voice with very low volume. And the electromagnetic connection between my iphone mobile and mobile station is lost. So I am sure that Earth land will protect us from the attacks of electromagnetic mind/ brain weapon, radar and other electromagnetic weapons. The deeper we dig, the more protection we have. We need a fund campaign to construct underground rooms. Or with a great idea if we can build an underground city.

LONDON WORLD DAY AGAINST TARGETING

I have been for some time in London, supporting the Anti-Lockdown Movement, apart from being totally right in what they advocate, Anti-Lockdown activists are extremely targeted individuals-friendly and a lot of them already know about targeting.
(Incidentally, if you are interested, there is also a 24/7 ongoing Anti-Lockdown Vigil in front of No.10 Downing Street.)
I believe that the best way to celebrate World Day against Targeting is to join the big Anti-Lockdown Protest on August 29th in Trafalgar Square and then mingle with the people there, leafleting and make as many people as possible aware of the reality of Targeting.
The Anti-Lockdown Protest kicks off at 12pm, we are going to get together on the steps of St-Martins-in-the-Fields at 11.30am.

RALLY IN FRANKFURT, GERMANY - AUGUST 29, 2020
In many countries of the world, people are secretly terrorized with
secret torture methods. In Germany, too, many are affected.
Electromagnetic weapons are used, which can cause pain, burns, broken
bones, heart attacks and many other effects. Neuroweapons work with
microwaves or lasers. Others can also work with ultra- or infrasound.
The radiation of the so-called Directed Energy Weapons is not visible,
but its effect is violent and can also lead to death. Mistakenly, the
term Non Lethal Weapons is used, but the term masks the fact that these
weapons can also kill.
As a transnational initiative, we want to draw attention to the secret
terror against fellow human beings through these weapons. The problem of
torture with microwave weapons can no longer be concealed. As those
affected by these torture methods, we call on politicians and the
judiciary to take action at long last. The problem has been kept quiet
for too long, because secret radiation torture is a taboo subject in
Germany and must not be allowed to come into the public eye.
We demand:
- An immediate ban on research on humans and animals using
neuro-weapons/electromagnetic weapons.
- A nationwide committee of inquiry to investigate crimes with
neuro-weapons.
- Adoption of a legislative initiative to outlaw weapons that are
capable of affecting the human nervous system.
- Extension of the stalking paragraph: inclusion of organised
stalking (gang stalking).
- Specialisation in police and law enforcement with regard to
torture with neuro-weapons and organised stalking.
- Ending the ICD stigmatization by wrongly diagnosing target
persons.
- Criminal prosecution of the perpetrators.
- No expansion of 5G! Immediate moratorium until a technology
assessment is presented and discussed.
- Abolition of the current mobile phone limits and redefinition by
an independent commission.
- Renewal of the radiation protection commissions with
industry-independent scientists and representatives of environmental
associations.
Therefore, we will meet on Saturday, August 29 at 11 a.m. at Römerberg
in downtown Frankfurt. We call on the people to stop watching this
terror. Anyone who tacitly tolerates that fellow human beings are
terrorised by secret torture programmes is complicit. No one should be
able to say that he or she knew nothing about it. Crimes with
neuro-weapons take place every day in Germany. Let us not allow a new
state of torture to spread, as we have had before! For a future without
torture and without secret human experiments.
