Appointment of new administration, leader and cabinet for Hull City Council was announced this week, following a formal meeting, with Mike Ross taking lead of the council and Jackie Dad being appointed as deputy. Councillor Dad will also be responsible for governance, finance, legal, HR and digital as well as leading on emergency planning. >
In this edition we're continuing to look ahead the the sunny horizon of summer! Yes it's not long to go until the warmest time of the year is unleashed on the city, and with it, a whole slew of fantastic summery events. And speaking of, Liam has created a list of those unmissable events happening across the season including Humber Street Sesh, Freedom Festival, and a fantastic food festival that is sure to appease your appetite.
