I want to present to you a 3-question framework to help you resolve any weight loss problem you're currently struggling with.
It'll help you work through a diet related issue, exercise related issues, problems with family and friends not being cooperative. Anything!
All you need is a sheet of paper and a pen. And the willingness to do some introspection.
Here are your questions:
1. What is the thing that's bothering me right now?
2. What's the real challenge here?
3. What can I do right now to resolve this challenge?
Make your answers elaborate and let your thoughts flow.
This is a simple exercise in critical thinking. Something I like to use with clients during weekly check-ins to figure out better strategies for their current hurdles.
You already have the answers to your problems. All it requires is some guidance, hand-holding and prodding for you to figure out the answers.
Don't just read this email and not execute the exercise. It will take you 15 minutes at most.
