Slowly, perhaps with much caution, we are all emerging from the shell shock of the first five months of 2020. After being told to shelter-in-place, and several other terms we had never heard of the restrictions have eased slightly. Since none of us know the answer to what next, this newsletter is focused on what if inspiration.
Whether you are in Provence or wishing you could be, know that spring is well underway in the region. The lavender will bloom, the sunflowers will reach towards the cobalt sky, and the grapes will ripen on the vines. Thank goodness for the grapes as we probably all need some Provencal rosé to get through the next seven months of the year.
