As the end of the school year approaches, we would like to remind you of some important tasks that need to be completed before the school year ends on May 24th. Please take a moment to review this checklist to ensure that you have completed all necessary tasks:

1. Pay off any negative school account balances: Please make sure that any outstanding balances for After Care, school lunches, or Chromebooks are paid off before the end of the school year. This will help ensure a smooth transition into the new school year. 

• If a student wishes to get breakfast on the last day of school please make sure they have enough in their account to cover the meal -  $2.60 for full price or $0.30 for reduced price. 

• Balances can be checked and paid online using MySchoolBucks or parents can make payments in person at the front office.

2. Students in grades 2, 5, and 8 and any student not returning next school year will need to turn in their Chromebooks for the summer by Friday, May 19: Students in grades 2, 5, and 8 will be reissued Chromebooks during Orientation after their next insurance payment is made per the Chromebook Care Contract. Chromebooks should be returned in the case along with the power cord and without any damage or stickers
3. Check the Lost and Found: Before the end of the school year, we encourage you to check the lost and found for any items your child may have misplaced during the school year. This will give you a chance to retrieve lost items before they are donated. May 24 is the deadline to claim any items from the Lost and Found. Please note each campus (1615 & 1695) has its own Lost and Found bin
4. Donate gently used uniform shirts to the Presidio Closet program: If your child has outgrown or no longer needs any uniform shirts, we encourage you to donate them to our Presidio Closet program. This program helps provide uniforms for students in need, and your donations can make a real difference.

All 2023 Graduation Ceremonies will be held this year at the Scottish Rite Cathedral located at 160 S. Scott Ave. Tucson, AZ 85701 on Wednesday, May 24th. Please note there may be a parking fee of $5/vehicle. 

Red Caterpillar Graduation
Begins at 9:00 AM
Graduates should arrive by 8:40 AM 

Blue Caterpillar Graduation
Begins at 11:00 AM
Graduates should arrive by 10:40 AM

8th Grade Promotions
Begins at 3:00 PM
Students being promoted should arrive by 2:00 PM for pictures

High School Graduation
Begins at 6:00 PM
Graduates should arrive by 5:00 PM for pictures
