Own the habits you want to change

The seed of every habit is a single tiny decision. And so in order to break any habit, we need to start looking at making different decisions.  That’s it! And the small decisions can create such power! So as we are making our way through this bootcamp, it’s time to start being more honest with ourselves whilst ALSO not going against ourselves! The combination of being on your own side, whilst getting out your own way is crucial.

You can change your habits more easily than you think!

We’re still not in the action phase of the bootcamp yet, but I want you to start getting excited about the fact that changing your procrastination habits could well be easier than you think! I'm telling you that if you can think it, you can do it! 

Start cultivating good habits now by getting into the mindset that you CAN change them.  That there IS a way!

Yes we need to kick your mind into gear. Yes there are parts of our brains that need rewiring. But it IS possible. And I will show you how!
