Hi friends,
We're in November. Can you believe it? Time seems to be flying by, especially when one is hyper-busy as we've been here at CX by Design.
This year came roaring back in full force. Folks who were sitting on the sidelines in 2020 are trying to make it all happen in 2021. Right now, we're working on several diverse client initiatives, ranging from an aerospace and national security company to a global e-commerce brand to a startup in the mobile food industry.
Also, exciting news! Proud Moments, a national provider of ABA therapy for kids, has won an international awards competition with more than 6,000 entries for its brand website. We partnered with two incredible teams (JC Experience Design & Sequel Studio) to bring their vision to life, redesigning the Proud Moments' brand website to ensure it serves their customers in the best way.
We are done with our speaking engagements for the year. Our last, Interact Global 2021, went really well. We are always grateful for opportunities to share our ideas. The recording of our talk, Forget the Train of Breadcrumbs, is now live on YouTube for your viewing pleasure.
In the midst of it all, we wrote a few posts in CX by Design Ideas. The first was on how technology can better serve humanity. We also released our dreaming of a more human navigation in Boxes & Arrows.
