Don’t know if you know, but Sylius Plus offers a Support Portal, where both Open Source and Plus topics can be openly addressed by the whole Sylius Plus community.

February: 1 question (closed); 8 bugs (4 closed, all received workarounds); 6 feature requests (2 closed)
March: 1 question (closed); 11 bugs (6 closed, all received workarounds); 1 feature request (closed)
April: 4 questions (closed); 10 bugs (2 closed, all received workarounds); 2 feature requests
