FL NOW works Harder Than Ever to Defend Against the Abortion Attacks in 2020!

Dear NOW Members,

For the past few weeks our state President, Kim Porteous and numerous NOW members have been in Tallahassee fighting for our reproductive rights. They have met a great deal of opposition but have not backed down. They offered public testimony in committee meetings, have met with legislators, and participated in press conferences.

Unfortunately, SB 404, the anti-abortion, the forced parental consent bill, is going to be voted on in the Senate next Tuesday, Feb 4th. We have amazing partners in this fight! One of our best allies, Planned Parenthood, is paying for buses from various FL points to take folks up to and back from Tallahassee on that day, mobilizing in opposition.
