Register and reserve your spot by August 1, 2024 to get the special discounted pricing of $60.  Registration fee increases to $75 after August 1st.  

A Renedzvous Meal Plan is available for attendees. The Meal Plan includes 4 meals (Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast). The cost of the meal plan is $45.00 per person.

A Saturday Only Lunch option is available for an additional $10.00 per person.

The meal plan option is available as an add-on duiring the Registration process. 

The Rendezvous in the D event is open to all registered Scouts and leaders in the Scouting America and Scouts Canada. Parents may also attend by registering for the event. (Parents may camp with their Cub Scout; Parents must be a registered leader to camp with Scouts BSA.) Scouts Canada Scouters should read Information on Crossing the Border and Satisfying Scouts Canada and BSA Requirements.
