I have finally written up Tracy Felstead's story as part of my Post Office vs Mental Health mini-series. I am so grateful to Tracy for speaking to me over a number of hours - having to describe and think about some pretty horrible experiences whilst I shovelled questions at her.
I think I'm going to post it tomorrow before the trial re-starts.
Network Transformation Blues
Finally thank you to everyone who replied to the last secret email about the collapse in Subpostmaster income in recent years and who might be to blame. It appears, contrary to my misreading of the situation, Network Transformation wasn't agreed by an NFSP membership ballot. It went through on a vote at congress. I learned this and I learned an awful lot more reading through your emails this afternoon. I am sorry I haven't responded indivdually to everyone.
I'm obviously going to have to pause my work in that area whilst I focus on the Horizon trial for the next couple of weeks, but I do want to get better informed about issues affecting existing Subpostmasters, and just the response today has been invaluable. I am grateful.
