A roadmap to success: FSU reaping rewards of strategic plan

National Inventors' Day was Feb. 11, and students throughout FSU celebrated as inventors themselves. From a next-generation guitar pedal to an elasticized cloth lid that protects drinks from getting spiked, students are using the resources FSU places at their disposal to create, develop, market and sell their own inventions.

Alumni Association to launch ‘Echoes: The FSU Alumni Podcast’

The Florida State University Alumni Association is bringing the FSU campus to alumni around the world with “Echoes: The FSU Alumni Podcast,” developed to create an on-the-go show to keep alumni connected to each other and the university. The first episode debuts Tuesday, Feb. 16, and will feature Eva Killings, a member of the campus community for more than 45 years. Read more ...

Pandemic moves ‘Ask a Scientist’ event to digital realm

“Ask a Scientist” is a monthly event where the community engages with scientists and can ask questions about anything from molecular chemistry to dinosaurs to child development.
