Recruiting Volunteers for Chinese New Year Festival URGENT
Still a shortage of volunteers for the Chinese New Year Festival on 2/11. ECS can provide ideas for the activity. We need your support to celebrate the festival. Please sign up for the Chinese New Year Festival through your room parents. To Room parents - please submit or update Google Form before the 1/28 Volunteer meeting.

The students in each class with the superior rating will demonstrate their speech at 1F Cateria and ECS’ representatives for WMACS Speech Contest will be selected among these students.

Teacher Feedback Form IMPORTANT
Please fill out the teaching opinion survey form by 1/31/2023 (feedback form ). Your valuable opinions will become the direction and basis for our improvement. Rewards for classes with most feedback(By percentage). 1st place: $40, 2nd place: $30, 3rd place $20.

Chinese AP Mock Test Registration NEW
The National Council of Association of Chinese Language Schools recently released registration information for the Chinese AP mock test. Please fill out the form by 1/28 if the Students are in 8th to 12th grade and interested. ECS will both register and take care of the registration fee. ECS AP Mock Test Link
Now Hiring! Chinese school teachers and substitute teachers for next school year IMPORTANT
ECS is hiring Chinese teachers and Substitute teachers for the next school year. Teachers will be compensated with hourly wages and enjoy the tuition waiver of one student in the household. If interested, please contact Academics or stop by the Office to inquire.

1/21 Senior Community Celebrates Chinese New Year
Lansdowne woods of Virginia senior community has Chinese New Year celebrations and invites ECS’ students to perform for the event. Each performance only takes up to 5 minutes. Welcome all talented students to support this cultural event! Please reach out to ECS Principal if interested.
