WHAT’S HOT ON THE MENU

We’re delighted that the new veggie and vegan dishes on our menu have been well received, especially the chestnut mushroom fricassée Jerusalem artichoke and truffle potato crisps, which is now going to be a regular feature.

This month, don’t let the free-range chicken parfait pass you by, our South Coast fish soup is simply superb alongside the Free-range Label Anglais chicken schnitzel with caper, chilli and shallot linguine. Surely desserts are back on the menu this February and the Single origin dark chocolate mousse with honeycomb crumb is a perfect diet-breaker!

VALENTINE’S DAY

At Lussmanns, we don’t hike up the prices or deliver a set menu but we will be offering a dedicated sharing dish. Our Beef Three Ways is available on Thursday 14th February only – what’s not to love?

I’m delighted to be able to introduce you to Hattie & Flora. It’s not just the sourcing of our food and drink that is sustainably focused but it’s at the heart of everything we do at Lussmanns. I work with Hattie & Flora for bespoke sustainable décor and beautiful flowers that you see around all of the restaurants.

For over seven years Hattie & Flora has provided bespoke and quirky decoration for venues and events across the UK and is run by lifelong best friends, floral designer Harriet Creedy-Crockford and theatre designer Jodie Mitchell. It’s H&F’s aim to use the most sustainable and eco-friendly materials and suppliers to ensure their service does not have a negative impact on the planet. From recycled paper, eco-glitter, recycled woods and minimal use of plastic, H&F are always focussed on leading the way in sustainable flowers.
