Certainly a weekend I would rather forget and Sunday was simply another kick in the nuts that reminds the brain that gambling is just that... gambling.
On a positive note, it was only the 3rd time this month... the 14th and the 22nd being the other two occasions... that both basketball BEST BET plays lost on the same day. For perspective, NBA is now 20-7 and NCAA Basketball at 15-10-1 for the month... so, the goal here is to simply stop the bleeding and get back on the tracks starting the last week of the month.
Nothing dramatic sticks out per se, would be nice to avoid any odd or unusual play or results and simply try to drive in my lane, and get these plays home safely... nice and neatly parked away in a warm, cozy garage.
Super Bowl this week... will have some prop action, including my annual play of picking who scores the first TD. Don't throw incredible amounts on these plays, but do try to add some spice to the final football game until end of summer.
NHL gets back underway on Monday... will be keeping the leash short on what I am doing with the ice to start the 2nd half. Will keep a close eye on everything and particularly the results.
