Hello and Happy Holidays!

I am so excited to gift you a free book (scroll down!) and introduce you to Wander Creek, my uplifting new series that celebrates friendship, second chances and the joys of a life well-lived, all against the backdrop of small-town living. In the first book, A Place to Start, you'll meet Abby Barrett, whose imploded life appears to be on a permanent hold until an anonymous benefactor presents her with an outrageous second chance to turn things around. Read the first two chapters now, then pre-order on Amazon.

My Holiday Traditions: Christmas Cookies and Cards

This year it seems especially important to dive head on into the holiday spirit! I've been listening to Christmas carols and have completed my annual bake-a-thon, making cookies for neighbors as well as my husband's work team. Last week I was thrilled when my sister-in-law sent me two jars of homemade apple butter. I consulted Google and found this great recipe for cookies.

In my Christmas cards this year I included this photo collage of our sweet Jessica Fletcher enjoying her perch on our back deck and in front of the fireplace! The best card I have received is from our niece. She is a very busy ten-year-old, so the fact that she took the time to make us a card makes it all the more special!

A Gift for You, With My Thanks!

As a thank you for being one of my readers, please enjoy a complimentary copy of the first Finch's Crossing book, Autumn

It's available as a download in both mobi and epub format so you can read it on your phone or tablet, regardless of the kind of device you have.

Enjoy!

My Young Adult Novel and a Thriller Bundle

I know a lot of you read across genres. For you Kindle Unlimited folks, check out this bundle of KU mysteries, thrillers and suspense novels, all with a wintry theme. You can also grab my YA novel, Stealing Away, there.

My Holiday Wish for You

I have a friend who tells her daughters to go out into the world and spread joy to others wherever and whenever they can. And while "going out" these days takes on a very different meaning, I hope you find joy throughout the season, not just in the hub-bub of preparation, but in the smaller, quieter moments, too.

Wherever you are and whatever you're doing, I wish you health and happiness. These past nine months have been difficult, to say the least, for so many people, and I pray that if you or your loved ones have contracted the virus that recovery is swift.

Thank you for being a reader. The next time you hear from me Winter, the fourth Finch's Crossing book, will have been released. I will see you in the New Year, and let's hope that 2021 is much better than 2020, and that peace will prevail for us all.

Kindly,

Amy
