Looking back, 2020 was undoubtedly a year of great challenges. But it was also a year of great progress for Cloudomation.
Covid-19 made 2020 a difficult year for us as invididuals, as a team, and as a company. Projects were put on hold, sales stalled, we saw entire industries go belly-up.
Fortunately, business came roaring back in the last quarter. Picking up where we left off in March, we expanded our customer base internationally and are now serving customers in all three countries of the DACH region.
Government funding for research and innovation provided financial stability for us during this time of uncertainty. We are proud to have received several grants based purely on the technological excellence and innovativeness of Cloudomation. We did not receive any Covid-related bail out and did not reduce the working hours of our team.
On the contrary: we grew from a team of two (Stefan and Margot) at the beginning of the year, to a team of nine people in January 2021!
We look back at 2020 with gratitude and wonder. If we can grow like this in an economic downturn of epic proportions, we are excited to find out how we can progress during global recovery and growth. We look forward to 2021, filled to the brim with ideas, ready to dive in!
