Digital Hard-Copies?

Veterans may recall that, for some time, I've been advocating reforms in comicdom.

I'd launch articles with subtle titles like "Action- The Road to a New Market."  

Well finally, new choices are rising, and you're invited:

What if reading online actually retained value?  Hard-copy digital comics you could trade with, sell, or gift to friends in an open market?

And what if that marketplace was free from gatekeepers and blacklisting?  Social media sites are following tumblr in their crackdown on certain types of art, but a censorship-free community is at our fingertips.

Blockchain is the key.  The nuts and bolts are complex, but all you have to understand is that Jack, Zuck, Apple, Google, and Disney can kick and scream and do absolutely nothing to keep you from reading what you like.  Their algorithms can't control what you see in there.

While most consumers recline under the corporate funnel, Vivid readers lead the pack to pioneer new territory.

Boneitis and I grilled the founders of Crypto Comics on the weekly 'Snake Pit' stream this past Saturday, and they are solid fellas.  Anyone that dips a toe in the Snake Pit has some fortitude!

Jason and his team were great to talk with, and they see some of the same challenges in the landscape as us.
