Hi , keeping it very simple today with stress management. It really is about how your mind manages it. With the unusual weather upon us this week, take some time to be outside as much as possible. From getting off a stop early for work, going outside just for the sake of it or actually doing an outdoor activity. Don't put it off, if the sun's out, go out.
I used to giggle at people who would take the first opportunity to be outside when the sun came out but I'm now one of them. Granted, their motivations were usually sun tanning but our's is to help manage stress. Being outside is one of the best most effective and most beneficial ways to manage stress. And don't think too much about it. Just take yourself, you don't need anything with you and just be in the outside.
