UPDATE: TODD GIFFEN'S COMPETENCY HEARING - FROM THURSDAY, MAY 23, 2019
Despite all our efforts, I have been informed that Todd has been found not competent to stand trial at yesterday's court hearing and was ordered to be treated and restored to competence in four months. I was told that he would be offered medication but not forced to take it. It is not known at this time where he'll be receiving treatment. I will share further information as it is received.
LOS ANGELES GROUP HOSTS MEMORIAL DAY PARTY AT LUCILLE'S IN LAKE FOREST, CA

SANDERS BROWN'S **FREE** BUMPERSTICKERS
Sanders Brown, (pictured above on his bumpersticker) is one of our TI friends who is incarcerated. He resides in West Virginia and since his incarceration 25 years ago, he has embarked on many projects to keep himself busy and productive, including obtaining a private investigator's license which he hopes to utilize to investigate his case and those of many others in the community if/when he is released.
He also keeps himself busy with a variety of art projects the latest of which is free activism-related bumperstickers for the community.
The message on them states: "V2K Made Me Do it" a reference to the Voice to Skull technology or the subliminal messaging that he feels is really responsible for the crime he committed.

PAOLO FIORA - Next House of Parliament Vigil Wednesday June 5th + August 2nd
Dear all,Today Thursday May 23rd, Parliament rises and is coming back on June 4th, so we are going to skip one week and our next weekly vigil will be on Wednesday June 5th.
A pretty lively vigil yesterday Wednesday May 22th, 4 people, a huge banner, many placards and plenty of leaflets, I'm sure a few people have already been watching our video, but I will repost it on this event timeline.
We need a weekly rallying point for London and this country's Targeted Individuals to develop our own narrative and raise awareness of our own situation...Full details underneath:https://www.facebook.com/events/2140797726028837/
Lets also spare a few words about someone who is also a targeted individual, Julian Assange, with Ecuador illegally handing over his belonging to US authorities, with Sweden reopening their bogus case, with Julian's mental and physical health deteriorating rapidly and him being denied proper medical care in Belmarsh, even being denied the ability to communicate with his legal team in Sweden and there are also rumours that he is being forced to take zombie drug BZ,
WHAT WE ARE WITNESSING IS THE PUBLIC CRUCIFIXION OF JULIAN. EVERYTHING THEY ARE DOING IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL IN TERMS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW, TREATIES AND COVENANTS, IN TERMS OF BRITISH DOMESTIC LAW. AT THE TIME WHEN THEY ARE GETTING READY TO START ANOTHER ILLEGAL, GENOCIDAL WAR AGAINST IRAN. THIS TIME THEY WANT TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF JULIAN AND MAKE SURE THAT IN THE FUTURE NO ONE WILL EVER DARE TO EXPOSE ALL THEIR VARIOUS AND CONSTANT CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES...
We need a weekly rallying point for London and this country's Targeted Individuals to develop our own narrative and raise awareness of our own situation...
And no better way for people to get together and socialize than to DO something together, take part in a vigil, a protest, rather than endless talking shops and endless online activism.
There are protests against war and austerity, vigil to support Julian Assange, I'm often there, but we also need our own weekly rallying event.
I'm also very engaged in developing a unified narrative about Targeting, looking at the larger picture of how we are all hostages of the Deep State, and we are all progressively being enslaved, politically, economically, psychologically and emotionally,. Millions of people all over the world being constantly pushed into abject poverty, crime, substance abuse, prostitution, human trafficking, mental illness, suicide and despair.
The destruction of the planet, the removal of up to 80% of our manufacturing jobs starting in the 70s, the decimation of the welfare state, public services, the erosion of privacy, civil liberties and freedom of speech, in this country also the removals of most forms of legal aid and the covert privatisation of the NHS nearing completion.
I talk about all these matters and targeting, often starting with charting the Deep State latest crimes, what we call news, in my daily #EnslavementWatchReport and #DeepStateWatchReport, trying also to create a unifying narrative about targeting and what is going on in the world.
But, back to the next weekly vigil...
If people are more interested in socialising, exchanging experiences, etc., every past vigil has always been followed by a little social, going to a cafe for a coffee, some food and people chatting for hours.
Getting together ill is at 4pm, on the right-hand side of the House of Parliament's main carriage entrance.
At 6pm, we will walk to a local cafe for a coffee, a bite and a little socialising.
PLACARDS BANNERS, LITERATURE, LEAFLETS ETC. WILL BE PROVIDED OR PEOPLE ARE MOST WELCOME TO MAKE AND USE THEIR OWN.
Targeting, Gang Stalking and all the associated practices are totally illegal, totally immoral, go against the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which this country has signed, and don't serve any useful purpose other than to allow the Deep State to use us as guinea pigs in a vast Social Engineering Program aimed at using harassment and various forms of extra-judicial punishment to create a new layer of Social Control or, if you prefer, an updated version of the old Stasi's Zersetzung Program, which is obviously designed to eventually be rolled out on political activists, whistleblowers and in time substantial sections of the population.
All this whilst brainwashing the public into believing that we the victims/guinea pigs, are antisocial elements, so antisocial in fact, that allegedly the only way to contain us is for people to join in, in a 24/7 campaign of harassment against us.
