【Academics】

Teacher and Parent Conference NEW

The conference will be held this weekend. Please reach out to the teacher in the student’s class to find out the schedule.

 

Culture Class Schedule This Week IMPORTANT

For students who have culture class, please wear sneakers and appropriate clothes to ensure safety while participating in the activities

New Adult Class - Beginner’s Level IMPORTANT

The new adult class starts on 9/17. Please refer to ECS Site or reach out to Academics for further information

 

 

【Registration】

Registration for New Students

Please refer to ECS website for fee schedule and registration guideline .

●     Tuition $510 per student (3rd and subsequent children receive a 25% discount on tuition)

●     The registration is closed on 9/17. Please register and make payment upon 9/17.

 

 

【Activities】IMPORTANT

●     Come to meet other parents and compete over board games, card games ,and chess at 1F Cafeteria between 2PM-4PM!

【ECS Star Team】

Join ECS Chinese Typing Team  IMPORTANT

The Registration for the team begins now. Please refer to the details of the NESTA competition .

●     ECS Star Team Training: Every Sunday from 9/9 to 9/30 at 8:00 pm via Zoom; every Sunday from 10/1 to 10/15 at 4:00 pm in the school.

●     NESTA Chinese Typing Competition Date: 10/21/2023 (Saturday) from 10am to 1pm

●     Eligibility: ECS students in the 6th grade and above from the Zhuyin class and have been staying with ECS for three consecutive years

●     Location: Culture Center of TECRO, 901 Wind River Rd. Gaithersburg, MD 20878

 

 

ECS Star Speech Team - 2023 OCAC Global Mandarin Speaking Competition IMPORTANT

The Overseas Community Affairs Council of the Republic of China (OCAC of Taiwan) is hosting the Contest on the following dates. All first-graders and above from Zhuyin classes are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the details in the contest announcement . To join the ECS Stars Speech Contest Team, please fill out the Registration Form .

●     First 1st Run Dates have passed;

●     Second 1st Run: 9/1/2023 - 9/30/2023

●     Final Run: 11/1/2023 - 11/30/2023 (Must’ve participated in one of the First Runs to be qualified)
